Additional 15 foreign businesses operating franchise in Vietnam

According to information from the Ministry of Industry and Trade, in the first 6 months this year Vietnam has licensed 15 foreign companies for franchise operations. Most of these enterprises from the U.S., Belgium, Canada and work mainly in the business of restaurants, cafes, shops, fashion information technology.

Activities franchise still relatively new in our country and Vietnam are only two legal basis for the management of franchise operations of Decree 35/2006/ND-CP and Circular September 2006 / TT-BTM.
