Building 45 million USD twin towers by Ha Long Bay

Minh Viet Investment Corporation (MVIC) just announced the project The Bay View Towers.

Built on an area of 7500 m2, on the coast of Halong Bay, the tower s are the combination of shopping, entertainment and apartment facilities.

The Bay View Towers consists of two towers of 25 storeys with 500 apartments area from 80-128 m2 and 12 basis penthouse with 500 m2 area for customers wishing to leave nursing. The buildings have three layers of services, shopping, entertainment, five floors for parking and 22 floors of apartments.

Projects with total investment 45 million USD, is expected to start work in February 2010 and completed in late 2012.
