There will be changes in the conditions for the rights to own a house in Vietnam by Oversea Vietnameses when the draft Decree details and guides implementation of the Housing Law is the Ministry of Construction completed.

For the original Vietnam to enjoy the rights as to the nationality Vietnam mentioned above, also be the one area such as a direct investment in Vietnam; people for contributing to land water; the cultural, the scientific people have expertise, special skills; person, wife or husband is a Vietnam citizen living in the country.
For those who are not under one of the mentioned above, if any paper visa exemption by the competent authorities of Vietnam issued, shall have the right to own a single house or an apartment in Vietnam.
In case these objects are owned houses in Vietnam, but inherited, or donated to other more houses, then only choose to own a house. For houses remaining for the right gift or sale to the subject object is owned houses in Vietnam to enjoy the value.
