Resort and hotel projects started in Da Lat
The investment company of Gia Tue has launched the two projects -The resort and ecology tourism Galaticos Living and the five star luxury hotel and resort named Hotel De Royale in Dalat City, Vietnam.
Galaticos Living Resort is a combination of high quality and eco-tourism includes nine palaces built under high quality standards in the world with a total area of 9.46 ha. Out from 9 mansions, a very special court was built on an area of about 850m2. Works expected to be completed in 2011.
Hotel De Royale is a combination of hotels, villas, resorts and high-level eco-tourism is built on a land area of 190.08 hectares, including two five star standard hotels on the top of Pinhatt and B 'NamQua mountains; four special villas and standard 65 villas.
The two 5-star hotels have 100 rooms and is built on higher 1.600m. 4 special villas in construction area between 400m2 - 1.500m2/villa. standard 65 villas in construction area between 120m2 - 160m2/can.
Hotel De Royale is expected to be completed in 2013.
Both works are in the framework of this project Tuyen Lam Lake Tourist Area, Da Lat City, Lam Dong province, Vietnam
