Vietsovpetro to exploit 6.2 million tons of crude oil in 2010By  December 31, 2009, the Oil and Gas joint venture Company of Vietsovpetro exploited in excess of 300,888 tons of crude oil compared to same period in 2009, reaching 6,500,888 tons of crude oil, by 104.85% of the plan.

Vietsovpetro also supplies gas ashore 1.37 billion m3, of which  682.5 million m3 is mined from Bach Ho - White Tiger Well (by 105.00%).

Vietsovpetro crude oil sales reached 3.19 billion USD, by 130.9% of the plan. Vietsovpetro contributes to state budget an amount of 1.96 billion USD, by 130.9% of the plan. The profit reached 427.9 million for Russia partner,  by 130.9% of the plan.

Previously, on December 29, 2009, Vietsovpetro has received the first line of oil from wells drilled Nam Rong 2 -merged Nam Rong and Doi Moi.

Vietsovpetro also drilled for oil flow from the basement strata with output of 525 tons per day. Currently, Vietsovpetro are preparing to receive the next oil line drilled from RC4 - Doi Moi -3X and 2 drilled well on the RC4- Nam ROng (South Dragon).

Together on December 29, 2009, at 15h00, Vietsovpetro was conducted in line call first drilled to exploit the mine GK 2010-RP2 East Dragon. Drilled for oil flow from the basement floor of 600 tons per day. Oil was put into the system of exploitation Vietsovpetro.

Jumping to 2010, the oil and gas joint venture Company of Vietsovpetro also set a target to exploit 6.2 million tons of crude oil from Bach Ho (White Tiger Well) and Rong (Dragon Well) mines.
